Product overview

Bats CRP is a specialist bat repellent for attics, roof spaces and ceilings where bat colonies have taken up residence.

It works by making the roost inhospitable - the bats leave and relocate rather than being harmed. That is the right approach for bats, which are beneficial pest controllers themselves once they are out of your roof.

Apply into the roost area following the label, and seal entry points once the bats have moved out so they cannot return.

Key features

  • Specialist bat repellent - clears colonies without harm
  • Encourages bats to relocate - no killing needed
  • For attics, roof spaces and ceiling voids
  • Easy to apply into roost areas
  • Use with entry-point sealing for lasting results
  • Humane alternative to fumigation

How to use it

Distribute in the ceiling space near roosting sites after bats have left at dusk, then monitor and reapply as directed.

  1. Identify the roost area and entry points first.
  2. Apply the repellent into the roost following the label.
  3. Let the bats relocate - usually a few days.
  4. Seal all entry points once they are gone so they cannot return.

Common questions

Does it kill the bats?

No - it makes the roost uncomfortable so they relocate. Bats are beneficial outdoors; the goal is just to move them out of your roof.

How do I stop them coming back?

Seal every entry point once the bats have left - gaps around eaves, ridge, vents. Without sealing, they will find their way back.

Worked for the bats behind our church roofing. No harm done, they just relocated.

Finally peace

The screeching at night was unbearable. Sprayed this in the attic as directed and the bats left for good.

Bats moved out

Our roof had a whole colony. After two applications they moved out. Only con - the smell lingers a bit.
